AnyIssues
An open-source Telegram bot you can fork and run for yourself. Send a half-formed idea; Claude shapes it into a GitHub issue, and you choose where it goes before confirming.
Made for one person at a time: fork the repo, connect your Telegram and GitHub accounts, and run your own bot in your AWS account.
A quick look
An idea finds its place.
The flow
From thought to ticket.
Send the rough thought
Message the bot from Telegram, wherever the idea occurs. The webhook acknowledges it quickly and hands the slower work to a queue.
Make it useful
Claude drafts a title and issue body. The bot searches your current GitHub repositories so the project choices stay up to date.
Choose, edit, confirm
Pick a project, bug or feature, and urgency. Edit or discard the draft if it misses the mark. No GitHub issue is created until you tap Confirm.
Come back to what matters
A daily digest, or /digest on demand, groups the open issues and points to what needs attention.
Under the desk
Small pieces, clear handoffs.
It runs in your own AWS account as a single-user bot. The fast Telegram reply and the slower model call are separate so a long thought does not become a webhook timeout.
- Capture
- API Gateway and a Python Lambda validate the Telegram webhook and put new thoughts on SQS.
- Shape
- A second Lambda asks Claude for a structured ticket and stores the draft in DynamoDB until you act.
- File
- Confirm creates one GitHub issue with the chosen labels. A daily Lambda reads open issues for the digest.
- Deliver
- Terraform describes the infrastructure; GitHub Actions can deploy through OIDC. Credentials live in SSM Parameter Store.
Open source
Make room for the next idea.
The MIT-licensed repo includes a step-by-step setup guide and room to adapt the workflow to your own projects. Your bot responds only to you.
